We are able to mould all plastic materials including specialised engineering polymers. Durattract has a variety of machines to meet our client’s diverse needs, the largest being a 500 ton machine.

We can vacuum form all available sheeting including Polystyrene, ABS, Acrylics, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, Polycarbonate and PETG.

We offer Press and Drape mouldings, and specialize in cast and extruded Acrylics. We can also mould various other materials including Polycarbonate and ABS.

Fabrication is a labour intensive process for manufacturing high quality custom-made products. We use a broad selection of machinery to produce either large or small volume runs.

To complement Durattract’s under-one-roof service, hot stamping, screen printing, pad printing and engraving services are provided for those clients who may require printing on products manufactured for them.

Some of the other services provided by Durattract include: packing, distribution, labelling, metalwork, woodwork and quality control.
